Sleep Study Shows Improved Sleep With Frequency Technology

A recent study shows an improvement in sleep when wearing frequency technology products (resonance technology) during sleep.

In an entry in “Sleep Diagnosis and Therapy: A Medical Journal For Sleep Professionals,”  the results of a double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study of sleeping patterns of wearers of frequency technology showed that people wearing the frequency technology had a more restful sleep and felt more refreshed than those that wore the placebo or none at all.

The study was conducted using Philip Stein watches, which is similar  to the technology used in all of our frequency technology products at True Frequency Products.  At the conclusion of the study, the journal article states:

“While the current overall results are not statistically significant, a substantial number of subjects demonstrated improvements in the measured individual sleep parameters. Feeling more refreshed after sleep was the primary outcome measure that most clearly separated from placebo.”

During deep sleep, human brainwaves have been recorded in what is referred to as the Delta Wave range, at .05 to 4 HZ.  Delta waves, like other brain waves, are recorded with an electroencephalogram (EEG) and are usually associated with the deepest stages of sleep (NREM), also known as slow-wave sleep (SWS).  Outside influences such as man-made frequencies from cell phones, alarm clocks, electrical wiring, and nearby power lines can affect the brainwaves, keeping them at a higher frequency than desired.  This can cause sleeplessness and restlessness throughout the night.

The True Frequency Products Sleep Zzzzzz Band resonates at a frequency in the Delta Wave Range. This can help you fall asleep and stay in Deep Sleep for a longer period of time.
