How it works
Mail your item to us in a secure package — please don't send valuable jewelry in a regular envelope. If your piece is expensive or carries sentimental value, we strongly recommend insuring it before you ship. Once it arrives at our Mesa, Arizona shop, the imprinting process takes approximately 48 hours.
