Applying a patch takes about a minute. 1) Peel off the clear plastic covering. 2) Make sure your skin is clean and dry. 3) Place the patch on the inside of your forearm, near the elbow. 4) Press a wet cloth or paper towel against the paper backing and hold for 30 to 60 seconds. 5) Gently remove the paper backing. That's it — the patch simply wears away on its own after a few days.
