It's designed to hold your TFP silicone band or another True Frequency product securely at the ankle, above or below the knee, or anywhere else on the body a standard bracelet won't reach.
The strap itself is made of soft, stretchable fabric with a generous 3" Velcro closure, so you can adjust the tension precisely: secure enough to stay put through a busy day, gentle enough for comfortable all-day wear. Fasten it, position your tuned piece where you want it, and forget about it.
Two lengths cover most needs: the 12" Stretch suits ankles and smaller placements, while the 18" Stretch handles above-the-knee spots and larger limbs. Because the fabric stretches and the closure is fully adjustable, each size fits a wide range in between.
